Just wondering what everyones opinion is on the easiest way to do this. Obviously its not for everyone. I've heard you can lose alot of weight by taking the time to do it.

I tried a heat gun and it would have taken about a year to do it. I then built a big heat lamp using quartz bulbs and it works alot better but its still going to take a while to do.

So anyone who has done it, how did you do it and how much weight did you save?
