As for the troopers on 476, being a-holes, I don't think that is true at all. I was pulled over a week or two ago on my way to work. I showed the trooper respect, I was polite, and I did not lie to him (I'm not saying you guys did any of this). In return he was very polite and showed me the same amount of respect.
I understand that your buddy was mad about what happened, but it probably wasn't a good idea to throw the extinguisher in the first place.
