The best site I've found mountain biking wise is
www.dirtworld.com. They have a state by state directory of trails and there are alot in this area. Some of the best i've heard are down off of Belmont Ave in Wissahickon Park in Philly. I'm going to get back into biking once it gets a little warmer out.
