I'm not sure what you budget or goals are but I've done quite a few turbo installs on K series. The budget way to make reliable power is:
Revhard topmount (proven to fit up to a T3/T67HO!!)
Custom DP/Custom intercooler piping
Intercooler of your choice
Tial 50MM, Greddy, HKS BOV
Tial 38MM gate
RC Injectors depends on your goals.
Hondata K-Pro
Now for boost control K-pro is badass. With one of the latest revisions you can run a GM solenoid off a Typhoon and control boost! The part is around 40 bucks w/ the pigtail connector and allows you to do run off the wastegate spring, up the boost, or even run boost by gear. I'm selling my AVCR to go this route, its that effective.
Lastly, remember this stuff adds up fast. Your stock clutch won't last long and tuning can be quite expensive. If your looking for more than ~12 PSI you need a 3 bar map sensor. Moral of the story its not slap on a turbo and go.
Good luck, let me know if you need any help on turbo selection, etc.
