Manifold (was going to use an ebay mani but I'm going with the custom made turbo mani from fabricator I met. Anyone interested let me know)
wastegate (tial 38mm)
BOV (tial or hks ssq)
Intercooler (front mount w/custom bent pipes)
Boost Controller (manual but might move to electronic)
downpipe (the current turbo uses a v band clamp so my downpipe is going to be custom)
Oil Supply & Drain Kit (standard steel braided kit)
Gauges: vac/boost, Oil psi, wideband
fueladjustable regulator, 255lb/h walbro pump, 455 dsm injectors or maybe smaller like 330cc
Management system (going to chip either a p06 or p28 and us crome or uberdata software to tune)

Misc stuff: going to tap the compressor side of the turbo for vac to the wastegate. might use an eagle vac manifold block for all other vac lines. various lines are going to be swaped for steel braided lines. etc......
Thats a good start man, glad you aren't going with an ebay mani...need more specs for the turbo but a .84 exhaust is kind of large especially if its going on a D, I run a .63 on my LS and I don-t start spooling till around 4500rpms...I'd atleast use DSM 450s they are good till around 300hp maybe a little less but better to have some extra room you'd ratehr run larger injectors at a lower rate than max out small ones, not meaning grab some 800cc injectors but 450 is a good place to start and they are cheap...oh also don't bother tapping into the compressor side of the turbo, run the wastegate vac source off the intake manifold..if you tap the compressor you wastegate will open the compressor side see (ex. 7psi) which won't account for any pressure loss over your charge pipping and FMIC, meaning you might only be boosting 5psi into the motor...
