From what I've heard the physical addiction is only 24 hours. Your past that so now all you have to do is get over the psychological addiction. I'm guessing best bet is to stay away from bars for a while. Cause what your doing by going to bars is as bad as putting a chocolate bar in front of a person that is trying to lose weight. It's cruel to yourself, haha.
