Love the 3rd shot, though I'd crop out just a little more on the bottom of the frame.
When shooting in bright sun, check your surroundings and try to position the car away from contrasting light (shade/light). Interior shots work better when you're in the shade or facing a wall; this helps reduce the overexposed ground through the windshield.
