I thought the idea behind the Scion was to make them so they could be modified/"customized"? If it is just minor bolt ons they are going to void your warranty? Why bother putting out those commercials when they aren't going to stick by their product?
I think you should do what you want to your car, just keep the stock parts incase there is a problem. Buy TRD stuff and say a dealer installed it. I keep all of mine, but when the uppipe comes out, the stock one is never going back in.
