void it if u can get away with it...that is if you can swap parts out for the stock ones when needed...as far as somebody saying its the law that they have to prove your part did something wrong in the case of performance parts and warranty issues, I dont know about that at all...I voided my warranty on my old car and they didnt need to prove anything. As soon as they noticed some performance parts they slapped a big ol' F-you on my warranty claims...I mean when you put aftermarket parts on a car youre changing the specs that several highly trained engineers have developed. So unless youve got more degrees on your wall than those guys youre gonna have a hard time sweet talking a dealership into not voiding your warranty even for little sh*t...good luck with the TC!
