Well, this weekend is my official "Git-er-done" weekend for the S14. The tasks:
Install MR coilovers
Install S15 front end
The coils went in with only a little persuasion. The original issue MR's had a slight problem with the upper knuckle bolt hole being about 1/8" too low. This was easily remedied with a drill.

I'll get some pictures of these later for you guys. The result: 190% improvement in handling. These things are awesome, and I'm still riding on the softest setting. I will warn you, though, they're not for the feint of heart. You will feel each and every last pebble in the road, and potholes will feel like falling into the Grand Canyon.
The S15 front end, on the other hand, isn't being so kind. I purchased the factory Nissan s15 headlights, the VIS OEM CF hood, Inner Circle conversion fenders, and a URAS Type IV bumper. The headlights and bumper are beautiful, the VIS is decent, but the fenders DEFINITELY leave something to be desired. The fitment around the door and a-pillar is horrid, and I'm also going to have to raise up the hood at the hinges with washers, as the fenders are a good 1/2" about the hood when it's closed. Here's a couple of teaser pics, just note the car is jacked up in the front, there is actually only about a finger's length of wheel gap.
The front end gone:

The fenders & hood mounted, with the headlights/bumper mocked up:

A picture of my fitment issues with these fenders...I don't like how they meet here, and it's even worse on the other side.

Hopefully I'll have some "completed but not painted yet" pics tomorrow.
EDIT: There's something goofy with comcast right now and the pics don't come up. I'll try to find another image host.
