Sorry, but this is just a bit alarmist. I was driving around on my KDW's when it was in the 30's and they performed completely normally and
safely. Maybe it's too cold for them to perform at their absolute best, but they haven't been unsafe in my experience. Unless it's snows, then you're completely f-ed.
Besides snow tires are way less safe in anything but snow and ice. Went to make panic stop the other day and nearly ran into what I was stopping for. My KDW's, even in the freezing cold, gripped way better.
On a side note though, it's nice being on smaller rims, my car rides like a normal car again. :p
