But does that have the capacity to fuel the current US economy? And fuel are neat, but I question the wisdom of using hydrogen as a fuel. Gasses are much more difficult to contain than liquids, the potential for disaster seems greater. And why don't we just burn the hydrogen, why are we making fuel cells?
I think the "hydrogen economy" raises more questions than it solves. We need to consume a lot less before we even think about alternative energy.
