Nothing on their desks say it, nothing on my paperwork, nothing on their website which 2 people told me displayed the information. He had absolutely no interest in defending himself or offering up the info. All he had to offer was "we don't refund down payments."
EDIT: The only thing he had to say was "I'm an honest guy. I told you when you signed the paperwork that the down payment was non-refundable."
An honest guy would offer up some solutions before becoming uninterested in whether or not I will be filing a dispute against him with my card company.
