no. the whole thing was shot on colorstock film, the 'black and white' sequences were actually shot with a 'sepia tone' filter but were still shot on tehcnicolor film.

We live in the information age. IF there was another version of wizard of oz that people had in their posession that showed a man hanging or a person running/capturing an animal, then it would be SOMEWHERE on the internet. If someone has this secret video why wouldnt they be copying it and uploading it in order to prove that the urban legend is real? Everyone will claim that they know someone who knows somsone who saw this over version, but nobody can actually find it.
I challenge anyone to find me a link to a video online where it shows the same scene where you can see anything but a bird with a long neck walking in the background.
