hmm well then i dunno. lol. it all depends on mods and in the quarter, the driver makes a difference too. my bf's friend ran a low 14 or high 13, i believe in an na vr6 with lots of mods, and weight reduction, and i know of a vr6 turbo running low 12s. i haven't taken my car to the track, maybe i will when i get more performance mods.
