Went there in 2001 and graduated in 2005. I was a CIS major, and they have an EXCELLENT program there. I lived on campus all four years, yea, you can call me a dork. I lived in Beck Hall which is undoubtly the best hall, its clean, only 3 stories tall, and closer to the classes than most. Its a one road town, so thats why everyone thinks its a party school. Every house on the main strip has parties regularly, and so do the cliffs (briar cliff off-campus housing) All in all, its a great school in my opinion if you're serious about going. I got my degree from there and a great job. The only thing that could be better is that KU is advertising ALOT to Philadelphia, if you attend KU, you'll see the Philly buses come in and bring potential students in for the free meals. In my four years there, the minority population went up 17% and there were some racial incidences. Its a beautiful campus and everything is in walking distance.
