No, they just know they constantly F up. Or at least theyre employee's that install the things screw up.
They have a few choices:
1.they completely lose your business bc they wont reimburse you for anything
2. they lose your business with digital cable (80+ a month), and you go back to normal cable (around 40 or 50 a month)... which is 30 or 40 less a month for them
3.or they pay your bill for a few months.. hoping you'll get addicted to digital cable, then by the time you have to start paying your own bill again, you're already hooked and will keep it anyway, dispite all the problems you might still be having. Im assuming comcast hopes by the end of that few month period that they pay your bill, that all the problems might actually be fixed.
