yea actually my best friend is an installer for comcast and put a white X on every box that was broken that the warehouse gave him and he had to return because it wouldnt work. within two weeks he started getting the X marked boxes again for install jobs after he told them the box was broken.
im not attacking you or the job you do but comcast is ****. if you have a problem with my opinion on comcast then fix my ****ed up monthly bill and the **** poor quality of thier products. every month i am charges an installation charge, a random extra line charge and $40 more in charges then im supposed to recieve. i get a $170 bill every month for basic cable and internet. and every ****ing month i call them about it and they dont know whats going on and i have to wait 2 hours on hold for a peice of **** manager to try and haggle with me about how i have to pay for installation every ****ing month when i only had 1 thing installed the first month, not 5 months later. **** COMCAST.
