Those guys in the middle east are crazy about three things: pimping out their cars, drifting their cars, and blowing their cars up.

That must have been in either Dubai or Saudi Arabia.

It's actually kinda cool though. As long as you look at it from a luxury stand point and not a tuner/racer stand point.
