Doubt either of those wings does much in the way of down force. If you want downforce I would consider a GT-style wing or a rear diffuser.

By big wheels I meant 18's, not 22's and not heavy. TE37's and TCII's in 18 would both be lighter than the Gramlights in 17. CR Kai's are only 1lb heavier in 18.
