Specifically:
-Adjust code/write new code on IBM AS/400 platform.
-Web development for internal departmental use and company webpage.
-Microsoft Sharepoint adminstrator/specialist
-Administrator/DBA for a server application which is used for logging all trouble tickets for the chain on an SQL/Access database. Data mine for statistics as needed for middle and upper management and board of directors.
-Train new employees in three departments (all under MIS umbrella)
-Do 2-5 seminars yearly on new technologies being introduced (audience between 20-200 people).
-Technical liaison to board of directors and upper management for our new pharmacy system that we are in process of acquiring. Lead installer/implementation when roll out occurs. Lead data/report writer and dba for host application.
-Top tier support for issues in stores, specifically in regards to the pharmacy application and phone software (Integrated Voice Response system/IVR)
I am definitely the "go to" guy in the IT department for everything but networking, though I am involved in that as well (exchange, active directory, etc).
I know pay wise I am getting screwed over hard and I am in talks with upper management to rectify that situation. I already know that if I moved down south I would make significantly more, something in the neighborhood of 50-65k first year. I made an attempt to relocate to VA beach but unfortunately that fell through due to personal/family reasons that I wont get into.
