I started lifting back in december and straight through june. At first I was just taking 2 or 3 protein shakes a day and after a few months I figured I'd try an NO2 reactor. I wanted to stay away from creatine the best I could so I found this stuff called X-Pand by Dymatize and I took that along with my protein for about a month and a half. I saw somewhat of an increase in strength, but the real change was in energy level. I could put out way more reps then before and not feel beat when I left the gym. I also put on some pounds too, I went from around 190 to 205 and hit 210 once (i'm still skinny considering i'm 6'4). I stopped the NO2 and protein sometime in may and actually saw a significant increase in muscle size and strength right after I stopped(not really sure why). I havent lifted in about a month though now, thanks to vacations and working from 6:30am-6pm outside all day for my summer job and by the time I get home I'm usually too beat to do anyting. Just remember, you dont need to take a bunch of supplements to see results. Hard work will pay itself off. Oh yea and dont be afraid to hit that treadmill
