As for the cop being rude to you i dont think that will hold up and help in your defense at all...alot of cops are gonna **** with kids and bust their balls about stupid stuff...especially in a sporty car...and even more especially in hopewell...im guessing they dont have a printout of your speed? if they dont i guess you can ask for one to prove you were going 90 but im not sure if they can get it now..im not sure how that whole system works..anyway if you cant get 0 points definitely try for the careless cause your not gonna pay as much in fines..worst case scenario your insurance goes up a little ( depending on your company ) and you get 2 points..you can always pay $60 to go to the AAA defensive driving class which drops 2 points and up to 5% off your insurance...anyway hope this helps a little.. a lawyer would have definitely been in your benefit.. but would probably have charged you at least $250 but probably closer to 4 or $500..either way good luck..
