If you don't have a helmet you can rent one from them. Also do everyone a favor and make sure your car isn't releasing any fluids oil, coolant,etc. People get mad if they have to shut the lane down cuz some idot has an oil leak. Wednesdays are good days to go not to many people so you go thru tech faster, so more time for as many runs as you can fit in.
