You need a couple razor blades and put some baby shampoo + water in a bottle and spray it down. Use the razor blades to scrape off the gunk (looks like boogers) they use to keep the tint on.

LOL...thats called adhesive...and its not neccessarily what we use to adhere the tint...its already part of the tint...there is a side of the tint that is from the manufacture that is the adhesive. LOL...but I knew what you meant. When you remove the tint, it just leaves a resadue. Thats what you need to remove.
