just got collector tags and insurance for my 1984 GSLSE rx7 and my windows are tinted black and I have no cats...and the cops can not give me a ticket..
my insurance company http://www.grundy.com/ if your car is not a daily driver call them and they will insure it...for collector tags it has to be 20 years old all you have to do is call motor vec.in treton if you live in NJ and they will send you the paper work 1-888-486-3339 or call them and say it is a show car...you cant do more then 3000 miles a year...
