i disagree, i dont believe that our language has been taken to a "lower level". If you want to someone online, that your laughing would you neccesarily (sp?) say Im am currently laughing at what you just said. No, thats redicoulous you can say lol. It's widely understood to mean the same thing. So we didnt take our language to a "lower level" we added synonyms to our language. Theres nothing wrong with our language if we add synonyms thats are widely understood and accepted.
