If you only have one amp, your kind of screwed until you purchase another one. Here are your options. Run the RCA's from the headunit or DVD player to the amplifier. Now, you only have four channels. You can run two channels to your front speakers, let the headunit power the rear speakers, and bridge the other two channels to one single sub. Or, you can run all four speakers off your four channel amp and not have a sub. As for the crossovers, mount them somewhere, run the + and - wires that you'll be using for for the front speakers from the amp to each crossover. The crossovers will now split the highs and the lows. Run the correct + and - wires from the crossovers to the mids and tweeters. If you purchase a single two channel mono amp for your subwoofers, you can run all your speakers off of the four channel amp and the two subs off of the mono amp.
