Curious what the fix is, hope it's just the battery!

Thank you! A lot going on... just changed jobs too due to the pandemic.
Got the R back today and it was just the battery.... WHEEWWW.
I've been advised to lock the car when it's in my garage so that the car will truly turn itself off. I find it hard to believe, but the service writer said that VW's when unlocked never truly turn off all the subsystems which creates the battery drain.
"TEST DROVE CAR AND FOUND AT TIMES, HEAR RELAYS CLICK BEHIND DASH AND LIGHTS FLICKER. RAN GFF AND FOUND LOW VOLTAGE FAULTS. RAN TEST PLANS AND CHECKED SYS VOLTAGE. SEE IT DIP BELOW 10V. CHECKED BATTERY AND CHARGING SYS. ROUND NO ISSUES WITH CHARGING SYS. CHECKED ALL BATTERY CONNECTIONS AND INTERNAL CONNECTIONS, SEE NO ISSUES. BATTERY TESTS AS NEEDING CHARGED. CHARGED AND SYS SHOWS FAILURE. REPLACED BATTERY AND RESET ALL SYSTEMS."
