His name is Danny lol I used to talk to him in my high school days whenever I saw his car at wawa or target waterfall etc. but yeah he's a very chill guy he still has the car till this day but it has gold wheels and he did have a scion tc just like the same color scheme of off the evo you are correct my friend :-)
