Picnic Cut Pork Shoulders were $.89 a lb so I picked up 2 x 9.5lbers and processed them into sausage. I made Chorizo style and Garlic Italian. Giant also had buy one get one free london broil, So I got 2 of those to make into jerky this week.
A sausage sandwich with peppers and onions and some pepperoncini's on the side.
