Your going to need engine management to support that kind of power reliably. IMO, all of the affordable/cost effective engine management systems are for OBD1. The OBD2 port in your car will be dead if you convert to OBD1, and will most likely not pass inspection. Sure, you could use the stock OBD2 computer, stock injectors, an inline fuel pump, a rising rate fuel pressure regulator that increases fuel pressure 12psi for every 1psi of boost, but it's old technology and does not offer the same reliability that a true standalone would. Not to mention if you ran 7psi of boost, you would be running 84 psi of fuel pressure on top of the base 43 psi. Injectors run the chance of staying wide open or closed with that type of pressure behind them. This method works on very low boost applications, but it is also a ticking time bomb.

Piggyback systems that come with turbo kits (Greddy, Edelbrock, etc..) won't allow you to reach your hp goal. They still won't offer you the same type of control as a standalone. Example, Apexi AFC. On MAF based cars, an AFC scales down the voltage signal to the ECU, so you can run larger than stock injectors. Let's say your telling the ECU that there is 10psi worth of air entering the engine, so you can control the larger injectors, when in reality there is 20 psi. Problem is, the computer still uses the same timing values that it would normally run for 10 psi. Why? Because the AFC is feeding false readings to the stock computer. Obviously running the same ignition advance for 10psi and 20 psi is not a good thing.

If you want to do it right, you either need to convert to OBD1, and run a decent standalone such as Hondata or Neptune, or shell out the money for an AEM EMS which they make for OBD2 Integras, and even then I'm not sure if it would pass inspection. So, unless you have a way of getting around inspection, or you want to remove the entire turbo kit every year to pass, your stuck.

If none of this matters to you, then I will let you know the pricing on certain kits. But keep in mind you won't reach your hp goals without a standalone controlling everything.
