eh school loans suck, but it's one of the better debts to have (all things considered), usually a pretty low rate and they can't take back what they gave you.

Made some killer ribs last night, used General Tao's sauce instead of BBQ sauce. My temps were really inconsistent and on the low side yesterday due to the weather. The ribs came out fine they just needed another hour and a half. I'll be purchasing a Smokin-it #2 electric smoker after Christmas.

I was checking out that masterbuilt unit at HD for $90, you could probably replace the element and cord with the smoke hollow replacement element kit which is $50. but at that point your only saving like $30 over a brand new one.
