The interior has been fully restored and is done!! High fives everyone!
Here's what I did to recap:

-Changed Navigation splash screen from displaying BMW to the M logo
-Updated map data to 2011
-Replaced A Pillar covers
-Reglued the sagging door seal on both doors
-Replaced five of eight missing floor mat holding plastic velcro discs
-Replaced floor mats
-Replaced shift knob and boot with a ZCP shift knob and boot
-Installed BMW Performance Short Shifter
-Replaced bad Harman Kardon subwoofer with a working one
-Replaced passenger door clips to eliminate speaker rattle
-Replaced leaking rear view mirror with one from a 2011 M3
-Replaced cup holders
Ta Da!
Exterior is up next:
-Headlight covers
-Foglight covers
-Windshield cowl
-Hood vent
-CSL Rear diffuser
-CSL Trunk
-Repaint front bumper
-Repair/rebalance wheels
-ZCP wheels
Of course, mechanical will come first before the exterior is finished but definitely on the right path here to getting the car back to 100%.
