Not to rain on your parade, but the meets will not simply stop because you say so. Permits to meet in a public parking lot? seriously? There is a high school by my house that people can meet at for FREE with no need for a permit or any such nonsense. Let people do what they want to do, kids will be kids. Can't simply stop a meet because you don't like who attends them lol. Any by responsibility falling on peoples shoulders, because I guess individuals don't take responsibility for themselves, and as such will be the case if the police show up for some dumb@$$ doing burn-outs or starting fights. They are not going to kick the whole group out for actions of a few. So if you would like to feel important (which by your posts its pretty obvious that you do..) please feel free to build your own parking lot on your own property, then you can dictate whatever rules you'd like. UNTIL then, Welcome to America, land of the free, to do whatever the F%*k we want.
