Nobody has that kind of money...you take out a small business loan to pay for the route. For instance, I pay $325 a week or $1400 per month of my route payment. My typical income on an average week is $1400, so take away $325, fuel expense, insurance, and other small expense, I'm still left with about $700-$800 per week in my pocket. The normal loan plan is 10 years, so in 10 years I will have the loan payed off. Look at it this way: you're paying yourself. Except for what you pay in interest on the loan, you get all that money back ( and maybe even more) once you sell the route.
