Some people are just so intent on engaging. I swear I'm the only one out there who just wants to go faster. I don't want to fight with anyone or flick them the bird or anything. I don't care. Everyone else just wants to fight so much.

That's definitely not true at all. But you definitely need to know the right people and you'll be under constant pressure/threats from the union while you laugh all the way home with $42/hr straight in your pocket with no dues.
