Sunoco's tanker truck driver filled up the unleaded gasoline tanks with Diesel fuel at several gas stations in my area. I'm not sure if it was the truck driver's fault or if it was filled incorrectly at the refinery/filling station.
Since Sunoco has much better attorneys than I could ever afford, all I got out of it was a refund for the tank of gas, a new fuel filter and the tank drained and cleaned.
Sunoco claimed it was diesel, but the local mechanic that did a lot of the tank draining and cleaning work claimed it smelled like kerosene. It makes me wonder if it was jet fuel.
