If you go with the 255 you run the risk of over running your stock FPR. If you go with the 190lph pump you can run the stock fpr.

What are your power goals for the car? A 190 pump should be good for 550's.

Don't forget to test the stock wireing for the fuel pump and make sure the pump is getting the full voltage that its supposed to be getting.
