Friday night, the chef's at iron abbey made 2 special dishes for us. one was the "Big Jim Wonton" which was Whiskey aged Cheddar Cheese and bacon, in a wonton, deep fried. The other dish was the whiskey aged cheddar cheese fries, with bacon. they took the whole dish and pan fried it in bacon grease.
