So I finally went around her, and slowed her down to 35 (on the turnpike) before she understood. I dont get it. LOL I do that **** all the time. Once I had a guy follow me almost all the way home because he was so pissed that I slowed down in front of him. I sat behind him for at least a couple minutes before flashing my brights. I waited some more. Still doesn't move over. I flash the lights again. Still no response so I finally get a chance to pass the guy on the right and as I do so, he gives me the finger.
So I jump in front of him and slow down to about 40mph. Of course as soon as he pulls over to pass I just downshift and blast away from him before pulling back into the right lane to make sure he gets the hint.
So he follows me who knows how far out of his way and finally at a red light, leans his head out the window and yells, "so you done driving like a douche bag?" I reply something along the lines of, "I don't know, did you figure out how to get out of the left lane yet?"
So he gets out of the car and walks up to my window and tries to accuse me of passing him on the shoulder.
He tells me I'm going to cause an accident driving like that. I then calmly explain to him that the law requires him to stay in the right lane unless he's passing someone, that the way he was driving is the primary reason for road rage and tailgaters, and that I gave him plenty of chances to move over before finally passing him. While we're having this discussion the light goes through at least 2 cycles and the cars behind us are getting pissed and beeping.
So this jackass just gives them the finger and continues to listen to me educating him on proper driving etiquette. Finally, he apologizes and actually even shakes my hand before getting back in his truck and turning around. Idiot.
