Yeah I know your solution works for a lot of people but it actually increases your heart rate... hence why I will stay far, far away from it.
My anxiety starts with dry mouth, increased heart rate, difficulty swallowing and then turns to feeling like my throat is closing up. Basically the same reaction I get from shellfish.
