it took me a long time to gain the weight i wanted cuz i was tiny most my life. till i was 17 or so i was like 4'10''. i weighed like 120. then i grew to about 5'7'' and was like 135. Couldnt gain for ****, no matter how much i ate. metabolism just burned it.

Then i had a friend at college (im 22 by this point and just from growth prolly weighing 145) so he was a personal trainer & start showing me the ropes at the gym. i gained about 10lbs in 3 months. of actual muscle. kept it on but as soon as i stop working out for more than 3 weeks i start noticing losses.

anyways... fastforward to presentish day. i joined the airforce, started runnin a lot in basic training and lost like 5 lbs. got to my first base 7-8 months later and decided it was time to stop ****ing around. lol. i started taking prework out powder. getting into a routine at the gym working out a lot more exercises... and just a whey protein afterwards.

i went from 150ish-175 in a little under 5 months. im happy with it, but im just trying to cut it a little more. i usually work with higher weights and lower reps. which will gain more mass, more reps with lighter weight will get you the definition you need.

this was me at about 160, it was a suprise shot for a girl that wanted nothing to do with me cuz i was leaving for the airforce. Hadnt seen me for a year and 3 months at this point so needless to say she has different perspective on the situation now. whereas i have no interest in it now. F**k you bitch.


Don't take a pre-work out supplement unless you NO other pre-existing heart conditions in the family. Things like SUPERPUMP and 1MR will cause heart palpitations and irregular sleep patterns.
