A bad alignment by itself will NEVER cause a vibration.

On the other hand a bad alignment can make tires wear funny which can then cause a vibration.

Swap the front and rear tires to help isolate where it is coming from and then consider getting the tires re-balanced. I use to be able to spin the weights off my wheels every so often.

Are you using stock wheels? If not, do you have the hubcentric rings in place? Possible the wheels are bent as well.
