Nope. Buying a mag or ammo is the same as buying a pack of gum... just the way it should be

Legality of possessing an item in your home state is your own responsibility. i.e. -- you can buy a box of hollow point ammunition and a 33rd mag at Cabela's in PA, but the moment you cross the border into NJ you are breaking the law. The only item that's restricted to buyers from out of state is a firearm. You can buy a gun but you can't take it home with you. You need to buy it and then they'll ship it to a FFL dealer in your home state.
