And considering I work for Nico and know the owner of that car as well, and helped write the article for our site. We also have a 5 page article on the legalities of these cars and how do import one properly.... which is now pondering.
ALSO THIS WAS AN ACTUAL PROPERLY IMPORTED, BOND RELEASED, EPA GRANTED R33. AND ANOTHER R32 WAS TAKEN TODAY, A GRAY MARKET ONE THOUGH.
Last year we had 3-4 seizures as well of the gray market cars. IE the ones titles in Florida with out the proper bond releases. So be careful guys, I wont be shocked if they take a few more this month. They government know how to use the internets
