Yeah there's a couple I had seen and my mom noticed as well. They are at least on .5 acre or more. I would have to check the law and permits for that though as you said.

Angelo, I know what you are talking about. At least at that point you can build it to the specs you want. I would be in no rush if it were anytime soon, considering that it would be a long term project. I'm just throwing out ideas and wondering if anybody has experience with it all.
