That sounds pretty disciplined Keith, which is one of the things people that go on diet/exercise plans have trouble with. You and Susie sound like you're motivated though! Good job with what you've done so far! Congrats!

I honestly don't know what I weigh. I do, however, know my measurements. I had to take them for a dress fitting. I've been going to the gym 4-5 times a week since the beginning of January and I'm down an inch everywhere (bust, waist, hips). Yay me.  (although I don't really want to lose any boobage...)

a.) true. b.) congrats on the shrinkage (lol you're probably the only person I'll say that to on this site and have it be a good thing!). I wouldn't mind gaining boobage, but everything i gain automatically goes to my butt... maybe i need to eat upside down or something.
