Ive never tried Indian food either (outside of a 7-11.) I was really nervous about it as well. It was VERY different at first, but theres so many flavors going on at the same time, and a mix of spicy and sweet, it was so damn good. I got mild, so it wasnt too bad. Ive always heard stories of Indian food being like burn your asshairs hot.
