What custom work? Lol. Cheap looking chrome wheels ($1xx? a piece) Aluminum wing ($100 at autozone or on ebay) Cutting holes in the bumper (cost of a drill) and ebay taillights ($50?). Unless he swapped in some crazy turbo setup, price still falls short of the SRT.
